Article 40 makes both appointments notifiable, and every change is notifiable too. What the CSSF assesses, what the declaration of honour requires, and the register to build this week.

Article 40(1) requires both appointments and article 40(2) requires notification of the names and of any change. Article 41 deals with delegation. The declaration of honour is version 4, applicable since 1 July 2024.
