One course, one seat for each person, one invoice to your entity
Seats are bought in the name of the entity, not of a person. Enter the legal name and billing address for the invoice, add a VAT number if you have one, and pay by card or bank transfer.
Four steps, and none of them needs a meeting
- 1Choose the course and the number of seatsSeats are 5 or 10 for one course. Larger teams by arrangement, through the contact page.
- 2Give the entity detailsLegal name and billing address, plus a VAT number and purchase order reference if your finance team needs them on the invoice.
- 3Pay by card, or ask for an invoice and pay it by transferCard opens the seats at once. The invoice route needs no card at all: the invoice is issued to the entity and sent by email, and the seats open as soon as the transfer clears.
- 4Invite each person by emailOne seat per employee, invited from your organisation panel. Each person activates their own seat, keeps their own progress, sits their own assessments and holds their own certificates.
The price is for the team, not per seat
Team price 499 euros for 5 people · Team price 899 euros for 10 people. One course, 12 months from the date of purchase, including every update published in that period.

- A training record per personLessons reached, completion dates, assessment results and every certificate issued, scoped to the period that person actually held one of your seats.
- A certificate per module and per courseEach one carries the name, the date, the content version and the legal references the module addressed, and prints as a document for the training file.
- An export bundle for the training co-financing claimA cover sheet, a signable logfile per participant, the dated programme document and the participants' certificates, for one reference year. Nothing in the co-financing rules requires the provider to be an approved body. Article L. 542-11(2), point 5 of the Code du travail names e-learning as one of the recognised ways of organising training, and the INFPC's own guidance lists an approved training organisation, a supplier-trainer or a trainer from the parent company as alternatives for external training. Primary Source holds no approval, claims none, and none is needed for the employer to make a claim.
- An invoice in the entity's nameWith the legal name and billing address, plus your VAT number and purchase order reference where given.
You do not need a team for that. Buy the course on your own account and ask for the invoice to be made out to your firm: the same entity details, the same invoice, one seat. If your finance team needs a purchase order reference on it, there is a field for it. The terms of sale are the same either way.
Check it before you commit a budget
Lessons 1.1 and 1.2 of every course are open to anyone with no account and no payment, with the video, the transcript and the sources of the lesson. Send them to the team before you buy anything.
