Terms of sale
What you are buying, from whom, at what price, for how long, and what your right to withdraw is. Written to be read before you spend anything.
1. Who is selling
SayPeter SARL-S, société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée
Registered office: 9, rue Raymond Poincaré, L-2342 Luxembourg
RCS B313377 Luxembourg
hello@primarysource.lu
The site is Primary Source, at primarysource.lu, the trade name under which SayPeter SARL-S publishes and sells these courses. Messages reach the seller through the contact page, which is the address for questions about a course, about an order, about access, about withdrawal and about a refund. This is a small editorial operation and replies are written by a person rather than by a queue, so a reply can take a few days.
2. What is being sold
A place on one online course, delivered as recorded video lessons with full written transcripts, a reading version, the working artefacts the course lists, an assessment at the end of each module and an end-of-course assessment, with a certificate of completion issued for each assessment passed.
One purchase unlocks one course. It does not unlock the other courses, which are bought separately. Each course page states its exact module list, its runtime, its lesson count and what is and is not included, before you buy.
What is not sold with it, stated as plainly here as on the course pages: no legal or regulatory advice on your entity or your file, no accreditation or recognition by the CSSF, by any other authority or by any professional association, no guarantee of passing anything and no guarantee of any career outcome, and no live tuition.
3. The price
Prices are in euros. Each course is sold at its list price. One purchase opens that course for 12 months.
| Course | Price |
|---|---|
| AML/CFT and KYC in Luxembourg practice | List price 99 euros |
| CSSF Readiness: requests, inspections and observation letters | List price 149 euros |
| The 2027 AML package: a gap analysis for your entity | List price 149 euros |
| Préparation au certificat de formation complémentaire en droit luxembourgeois | Founder price 290 euros until 31 October 2026, then list price 390 euros. 12 months of access with updates. Single payment, no VAT. |
For a team, one course for several people: Team price 499 euros for 5 people, Team price 899 euros for 10 people. Larger teams by arrangement, through the contact page. A team is bought in the entity's name: the checkout takes the legal name and billing address, with a VAT number if you have one. Pay by card and the seats open at once, or ask for an invoice and pay it by bank transfer. Each seat is activated by the employee it is sent to.
Every price is the total due: SayPeter SARL-S falls under the small business exemption scheme (art. 57 Luxembourg VAT law) and therefore charges no VAT.
The price you see at the checkout is the price charged. Payment is taken on the page of the payment provider the checkout hands you to, and your card is entered there rather than here: this site never holds it.
4. Access, and how long it lasts
Access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed, and it is attached to the account you bought it from. It lasts 12 months from the date of purchase, and it includes every update published to that course in that period.
When the 12 months end, the lessons close. What you earned stays: your training record, your assessment results and every certificate issued to you remain on your account. Buying the same course again extends the period rather than starting a second one.
Lessons 1.1 and 1.2 of every course are open to anyone with no account and no payment, so you can see what the teaching is like before you buy.
5. Your right to withdraw
As a consumer you have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from it and be refunded, without giving a reason.
A course here is digital content delivered immediately. Where you have asked for it to be made available at once and acknowledged what that means, the right to withdraw ends as soon as access begins. That is why the checkout carries a box, not ticked for you, next to these exact words:
The box has to be ticked for the purchase to go through, because there is no version of this sale in which access does not begin at once. If you would rather keep the 14 days, do not buy here: write through the contact page first and say so.
What was shown to you, and the moment you agreed to it, is stored with your order, and the same wording is shown back to you on the confirmation.
To withdraw where the right still applies, or to raise anything else about an order, write through the contact page with the order reference. A refund is made to the means of payment used.
6. If something does not work
If a course you have paid for does not open, or a lesson does not play, write through the contact page with the order reference. If it cannot be put right, the purchase is refunded.
Each course carries a content version identifying the edition used for training.
7. Your account and your data
An account is needed to hold a purchase, because progress, assessment results and certificates are recorded against a name. The self-assessment on the home page is separate: it needs no account and is stored without a name.
The site can load the Meta advertising pixel, set advertising cookies and report the same page views, checkouts and purchases to Meta so that advertising can be measured. It does that only if you accept it on the banner shown on your first visit. Until you answer, and if you refuse, the pixel is not loaded, the advertising cookies are not set and nothing is sent to Meta. Only the sign-in session, the cookie that remembers your answer and the cookie that remembers your language are set either way. You can change your answer at any time from Cookie choices in the footer of any page, and doing so deletes the advertising cookies. What is set, what is sent and what is not is listed in the privacy and cookies note. Your email address is never sent to Meta in a readable form.
To have an email address removed from the records here, ask through the contact page.
8. Law
Luxembourg law applies to a sale made here. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
