The portal, and getting into it before you need it
Access to eDesk takes documents, an approval and a certificate. Arranging it on the day a deadline falls is the failure that repeats.
- The video of every lesson, and the word-for-word transcript beside it
- Every claim linked to its primary source, with a source register per lesson
- An assessment for each of the 6 modules, and an end-of-course assessment
- A printable certificate carrying your name, the date and the content version
- The downloadable artefacts and one page references for this course
Expensing it? The invoice can be made out to your firm, with its VAT number and your purchase order reference. Buying for several people: seats for a team.
The narrated video runs about 45 minutes across the 18 lessons. That is short on purpose: no filler and no reading out of the law, with the work in the transcripts, the sources, the assessments and the artefacts.
Module 3. eDesk and the recurring obligations

Lesson 3.1, the portal, and getting into it before you need it. Lesson 3.2, what you owe, and when. Lesson 3.3, answering a request for information.
Every instrument this lesson is built from, linked to its official text
eDesk is the portal; the LuxTrust certificate and the endorsement of a user for the entity are what access requires. Circular CSSF 19/708, as amended, is the instrument behind the electronic transmission of documents, and its annex, which is revised in place, is the list of what has to go that way.
- CSSF eDesk The CSSF portal itself. Access requires a LuxTrust certificate and a user endorsed for the entity https://edesk.apps.cssf.lu/
- LuxTrust: how to get a certificate to access eDesk CSSF page describing the certificate an eDesk user needs before any endorsement can be granted https://www.cssf.lu/en/2020/05/luxtrust-how-to-get-a-certificate-to-access-edesk/
- Circular CSSF 19/708, as amended by Circular CSSF 21/790 The electronic transmission of documents to the CSSF through an accepted secure infrastructure. Paper is no longer accepted for the documents it lists https://www.cssf.lu/en/Document/circular-cssf-19-708/
- Circular CSSF 19/708, Annex The annex listing the documents to be transmitted electronically, the document types and the nomenclature. Revised in place, most recently on 15 January 2026 https://www.cssf.lu/en/Document/circular-cssf-19-708-appendix/
