Document your firm’s AML/CFT training
English-language course, named completion certificates and team records for your training file.
The programme and its delivery, in writing
Article 46(2) of CSSF Regulation No 12-02 says:
“Every professional shall have a training and awareness-raising programme for the whole personnel which observes highly qualitative criteria and whose content and calendar take into account the specific needs of the professional. This programme, as well as its realisation, shall be documented in writing.”Plan the training across the year for your people and their roles. Record the programme, its timetable and each person’s participation in your firm’s own training file.
