Each course is assembled from Luxembourg legislation, European regulations, CSSF regulations and published decisions, with every legal source linked to its official text. All three are open and complete, and lesson 1.1 of each is open to everyone with no account.

Three courses are published today, all three complete. This is a new project and the catalogue is deliberately small. Everything published has been written from primary sources and is dated.
AML and KYC in Luxembourg practice
The 2004 Law as amended, CSSF Regulation 12-02, risk based due diligence, beneficial ownership and the RBE, PEPs, transaction monitoring and reporting to the CRF through goAML, international financial sanctions under the Law of 19 December 2020, the reporting and supervision cycle including the 2026 AMLA data collection templates, and the European package that applies from 10 July 2027. Built from the primary sources and current as at August 2026, including the two amending laws of July 2026.
CSSF Readiness: requests, inspections and observation letters
Where the CSSF's powers actually come from, what article 53 allows and what it does not, what an injunction obliges you to do and by when, how an on-site inspection runs from the annual plan through the fact validation meeting to the observation letter, what you owe through eDesk and when, what can be imposed on you, published about you and challenged by you, how to answer the letter and what happens inside a sanction procedure, and the obligations that catch entities out: ICT incident notification under DORA, thematic reviews and common supervisory actions, and the whistleblowing channel. There is no published circular describing the inspection procedure, so that part is assembled from the CSSF's own annual report and its published decisions.
The 2027 AML package: a gap analysis for your entity
Regulation (EU) 2024/1624 applies from 10 July 2027 and replaces much of what you do today with directly applicable rules. What direct applicability does to the citations in your own procedures, the three figures from the package that are quoted wrongly almost every time, which of the two roles of the AMLA will ever reach your entity, what harmonised due diligence costs a group, the training obligation extended beyond your employees, and the gap analysis itself: eight rows, four columns, sequenced by lead time rather than by importance. Module 7 of the AML course covers the same package in three lessons; this is the long form of it.

AML and KYC in Luxembourg practice is twenty nine video lessons across seven modules, with full written transcripts, three downloadable references, five working artefacts and seven eight question module assessments, each with a certificate of completion, followed by a final course assessment. CSSF Readiness is eighteen lessons across six modules, 45 minutes 13 seconds of video, with the same furniture: transcripts, a printing reading version, four working artefacts, six module assessments and a final course assessment. The 2027 AML package is twelve lessons across four modules, 28 minutes 40 seconds of video, with the same furniture again and the gap assessment worksheet at the end of it. Lesson 1.1 of each is open to everyone. The rest needs a free account.
