Buying for a team does not need this form any more: team access takes the entity and billing address, with a VAT number if you have one, and issues the invoice. Team access is Team price 499 euros for 5 people, Team price 899 euros for 10 people. Larger teams by arrangement, through the contact page. Each seat runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.
