Who sells

SayPeter SARL-S, société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée
Registered office: 9, rue Raymond Poincaré, L-2342 Luxembourg
RCS B313377 Luxembourg
hello@primarysource.lu

SayPeter SARL-S operates primarysource.lu, sells the courses and issues the invoices. Primary Source is the trade name under which the courses are written, published and sold.

Contact

Messages reach the seller through the contact page. It is the address for a question about a course, about an order, about access, about withdrawal and about a refund. This is a small editorial operation and replies are written rather than automated, so a reply can take a few days.

Terms and conditions of sale

What is sold is a place on one online course, delivered as recorded video lessons with transcripts, a reading version, the working artefacts the course lists, an assessment for each module and an end-of-course assessment. One purchase unlocks one course for 12 months from the date of purchase, including every update published in that period.

The terms of sale set out the seller, the courses, the prices, the access period, what is not sold with a course, the withdrawal right and the applicable law in full.

Refunds and the right to withdraw

You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase and be refunded. Because a course here is digital and access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed, the checkout asks you to agree to that immediate access and to acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends when access begins. The box is not ticked for you and the purchase cannot be completed without it.

I ask for access to the course immediately, and I understand that I lose my right to withdraw within 14 days once access has begun.

The wording shown to you, and the moment you agreed to it, is stored with the order and shown again on the confirmation. If a course you paid for does not open and it cannot be put right, the purchase is refunded. A refund is made to the means of payment used. To withdraw, or to raise anything about an order, write through the contact page with the order reference.

Section 5 of the terms of sale carries this in full.

Privacy, and the data held about you

Career self-assessment answers are stored without a name, and an email address is stored against them only if you type one in. An account holder is recorded by name, because progress, assessment results and certificates are issued against a name and that is what makes them usable as evidence of training.

A certificate of completion carries that name, the module or course, the date, the content version and the runtime. Training records and certificates stay on the account after the access period ends.

The advertising pixel and the advertising cookies load only if you accept them, and refusing takes the same one click as accepting. The privacy and cookies note says what is set either way, what is sent, and how to change your answer or have data removed.

Disclaimer

The courses and the career self-assessment are training material. They are not legal, regulatory, tax or career advice on your entity, your file or your facts, no adviser or lawyer is engaged by a purchase, and no professional relationship is created. Material is written from primary sources and each module carries a content version, but law changes and a source may have moved: act on the official text, which every lesson links to, rather than on a summary of it. No outcome is promised, guaranteed or implied, whether an assessment result, an approval by any authority, an appointment, a job or a promotion.

No affiliation, and no official status

Primary Source is an independent training project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, connected to, supervised by or acting on behalf of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, of any other regulator or supervisory authority, of any government body or of any professional association. It is not an official body and it has no official status. It does not certify professionals, it awards no regulatory qualification, and no certificate issued here is accredited, recognised or endorsed by any authority or professional association. A certificate of completion records that a person completed a piece of self-directed training here, and nothing more.

Applicable law

Luxembourg law applies to a sale made here. A consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union keeps the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country they live in.
