goAML, the only channel
One unit, one channel, and two registrations you cannot do in a hurry. What a report has to contain before it is of any use to the CRF.

La vidéo commentée dure environ 1 heure 31 minutes sur les 30 leçons. C'est court à dessein : pas de remplissage et pas de lecture de la loi à voix haute, le travail se trouve dans les transcriptions, les sources, les évaluations et les documents de travail.
Module 4. Monitoring, suspicion and reporting to the CRF
La surveillance continue et les deux obligations cachées dans sa définition, les trois seuils de l'article 5 avec les tentatives couvertes quel que soit le montant, l'enregistrement et la déclaration par goAML comme canal exclusif, l'interdiction de divulgation à côté du devoir de l'article 5(3) de s'abstenir d'exécuter l'opération, le mécanisme de signalement inséré à l'article 5-1 par la loi du 22 juillet 2026, et une leçon dédiée au financement du terrorisme sur les fonds légitimes, le risque pour les organismes à but non lucratif et les devoirs distincts de déclaration et de gel.

Article 5 requires the report to be accompanied by all the information and documents that prompted it. The CRF pages on justice.public.lu describe the unit and the goAML channel, including registration and the LuxTrust certificate.
